• 1/2 kilo de Manteca San Francisco DS.
• 1 cerveza.
• 3 cucharadas de royal.
• 1 frasco de mermelada de piña
• 1/2 cucharada de azúcar.
PREPARACIÓN/
1. Calienta la manteca hasta derretirse, enseguida ponla en la bandeja donde se va a amasar y se le agrega la harina, la cerveza, el Royal y la
cucharada de azúcar. Se amasa hasta formar una masa suave.
2. Saca pequeñas bolitas para extenderlas con un rodillo de cocina.
3. Ya extendidas rellenas con mermelada de piña formando la empanada.
4. Precalienta el horno a 150º C, acomoda las empanadas en charolas para
hornear engrasadas y enharinadas.
5. Coloca las charolas en el horno por media hora o hasta que estén cocidas.
