1. Mix the pork belly with the beans.
2. Help yourself with a tortilla press to flatten the dough and form thick tortillas. Place the pork belly and beans filling in the center, close the edges so you can fry them.
3. With the hot lard, fry the quesadillas until golden brown.
4. To complement serve with guacamole.
