INGREDIENTES/
• 1kg de Arrachera San Francisco DS.
• 100gr de cebollas cambray.
• 1 pimiento verde.
• 1 pimiento rojo.
• 150 g de Tocino San Francisco DS.
• 300 g queso chihuahua rallado.
• 100 g de chile serrano.
• 7 champiñones.
PREPARACIÓN/
1. Corta la arrachera y los pimientos en tiras delgadas, corta en 4 partes la cebolla y los champiñones y por último corta el tocino en cubos
medianos.
2. En un sartén grande con un poco de aceite fríe el tocino, en cuanto comience
a tomar color agrega la cebolla y los pimientos, una vez dorados retíralos del
sartén.
3. En ese mismo sartén sella la arrachera, agrega las verduras y mezcla, una vez
cocida la carne agrega el queso chihuahua, apaga el fuego y tapa para que gratine el queso.
4. Torea los chiles y agrega los champiñones, saltea y sazona.
