MARINATED FLANK STEAK ALAMBRE

INGREDIENTS/
› 2.2 Lbs. of SAN FRANCISCO DS FLANK STEAK
› 0.22 Lbs. of welsh onion
› 1 green pepper
› 1 red pepper
› 0.33 Lbs. SAN FRANCISCO DS BACON
› 0.66 Lbs. of grated Chihuahua cheese
› 0.22 Lbs. serrano pepper
› 7 pieces of mushroom

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut the flank steak and peppers into thin strips, then cut the onion and mushrooms into 4 pars and lastly the BACON into cubes.

2. In a large pan with a bit of oil, fry the BACON, when it begins to turn gold add the onion and peppers,
once the entire mix is golden brown
remove it from the pan.
3. In that same pan, seal the FLANK STEAK and add the vegetables, once
the meat is cooked add the Chihuahua cheese, turn off the heat and cover them and leave the cheese to gratin.
4. Add the serrano peppers and the mushrooms, sauté and season.
