INGREDIENTES/
• 1 pieza de Chorizo Ranchero San Francisco DS.
• 3 L de agua.
• 2 tazas de macarrón.
• 1 cucharada de sal.
• 1 cucharada de pimienta.
• 1 pieza de jitomate sin cáscara.
• 1 diente de ajo para la salsa.
• 1 pieza de chile chipotle adobado para la salsa.
• 1/2 taza de media crema para la salsa.
• 1 taza de leche para la salsa.
• 1 taza de queso manchego rallado.
• 1 taza de queso cheddar rallado.
• 1/4 de taza de cebolla finamente picada.
• 1/2 taza de queso cheddar rallado para gratinar.
• 1/2 taza de queso manchego para gratinar.
PREPARACIÓN/
1. Precalienta el horno a 200º C.
2. Calienta una olla con agua hasta que llegue a punto de ebullición, agrega la sal y cuece los macarrones hasta que estén en su punto. Cuela los macarrones.
3. Para la salsa, licúa el jitomate con el ajo, el chile chipotle, la media crema y la leche hasta tener una salsa tersa.
4. En una sartén cocina el chorizo ranchero hasta que suelte la grasa, fríe la cebolla en la misma grasa, sirva la preparación de la licuadora y cocina 5 minutos, agrega los quesos y sazona a tu gusto.
5. Incorpora la pasta y cocina 1 minuto más. Vierta la preparación en un molde
para horno, espolvorea en la parte de arriba queso manchego y cheddar.
6. Gratina en el horno, sirve y disfruta.
