• 1/4 de taza de cebolla finamente picada.
• 1 cucharada de ajo finamente picado.
• 1 taza del almíbar de la piña.
• 2 cucharadas de salsa inglesa.
• 1 cucharada de mostaza.
• 1 cucharada de salsa cátsup.
• 1/4 de taza de chile chipotle molido.
• 1 cucharadita de comino.
• 16 rebanadas de jamón de cerdo.
• 8 rebanadas de piña en almíbar.
• Sal y pimienta al gusto.
PREPARACIÓN/
1. En una sartén sella con aceite las chuletas hasta que tengan un color dorado
y retira. Añade en el mismo sartén la cebolla y el ajo y cocina por un par de minutos, agrega el almíbar, salsa inglesa, la mostaza, la salsa cátsup, el chipotle, el comino y cocina por 5 minuto o hasta esperar.
2. Regresa las chuletas al sartén y coloca el jamón encima de cada una, cubre con las rebanadas de piñas y baña con la salsa constantemente para glasearlas.
3. Cocina 3 minutos más y sirva de inmediato.
